Web 2.0
Version 2.0 / May 2024
This is a major overhaul of our web app adding much better commissioning and troubleshooting features and bringing more features of our CIT to the browser platform. Among the major additions are:
-
A Tour feature to highlight the features of each page. It will run automatically the first time you visit a page. If you want to re-run it you can select the Launch Tour option in the upper right ellipse menu on any page.
-
The Site List page shows you the heath of your Tehama systems based on DCAP check-in times. Click on each pie chart to filter your Site List to those matching the pie chart time frame. DCAPs that have been off-line for more than 2 weeks may require attention.
-
The Site Overview page provides location information about the site and automated report generation settings. Both can be edited. Information about the DCAP and the Internet connection type is also displayed. Finally a set of three Site Health circles are available for a quick impression of the state of the site. Clicking in any of the circles will take you to the Troubleshooting tab where you can drill down to find units that may require service.
-
You can Import CSV configuration files on the Configuration page. You may Export any grid of data to a CSV file.
- Please email support@tehamawireless.com if you find anything that we need to work on.
Initial Release
This covers the initial Web App release primarily targeted toward management level personnel
Version 1 History
What's new? Everything!
Welcome to Tehama's new web app.
As part of our recent move toward the cloud, we are introducing new and easier ways to work with your data. This web app is a big part of that. It uses the cloud backend to provide a web browser based intuitive way to work with usage data.
Our goal is to make common operations easy. Want to see usage data for last month? It's just a few clicks away. Need to download that data for another system? We have a button for that. Questions about the configuration of devices on a site? We got you.
If you look around, you will see things that say "Coming Soon" We're launching the app now because it offers real utility. But we're not done. We got plans. We expect to continue revising and releasing new and better versions over time. So don't be shy. Let us know about your experience using this app. Tell us what you like and how to improve it.
Finally, this web app does not replace any of our other tools. If you're a CIT or phone app user, those tools are still going strong. Because they share the same cloud back end, any changes made with the CIT or phone app are also shown here. And vice versa; change something here and it changes everywhere.
Thanks,
-The Tehama Team
