Don was a founder of San Francisco Telecom Inc. He has 29 years of hands on wireless communications hardware design and management experience. He has direct design experience in many aspects of radio design. At Level One he was the systems and lead RF engineer as well as the manager of the goup of RF/analog, mixed signal and digital engineers that produced the industry's first single chip wireless 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz CMOS transceivers.
David Ballinger Principal Development Engineer
David has 26 years professional experience in digital electronics design. At Level One/Intel he focused on IC/ASIC level design for broadband optical communications and wireless. At Tehama Wireless David has been designing primarily for FPGAs (Xilinx, Altera, Lattice) with some ASIC projects in the mix. He is versed in both VHDL and Verilog as applied to IC/FPGA synthesis and simulation.

John joined James and Don at San Francisco Telecom 19 years ago. He has 26 years engineering experience specializing in embedded firmware, system software, simulation and test automation for cordless telephony and SDH/PDH telecommunication ASIC development.

Laurence joined James and Don at San Francisco Telecom 19 years ago. She has 22 years of engineering experience specializing in telecommunications design. Her wide range of experience includes team management, system integration, analysis and simulation, circuit, IC and board designs.
Lucie Lafranchise Finance
Lucie is director of finance at Tehama, with responsibility for finance, tax, accounting as well as operations. She brings to us more than 15 years of experience working with fast growing privately held companies. Clients' industries include semi-conductor, computer graphic, web-based medical software development, as well as manufacturing and retail. She holds a BA in accounting with a minor in Business Law and is a Certified Accountant (C.G.A.) from Canada.
